We understand that unexpected plans happen! Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please note that changes must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled time, our system automatically locks any modifications. At this stage, the session can no longer be canceled or refunded, and will be accounted for. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and respect for our scheduling.
